ERP INTEGRATION

Your store and your ERP, synced automatically, both ways.

We connect WooCommerce to your ERP (SoftOne, Nexus, Oracle): stock, prices, orders and customers flow automatically, with no manual exports and no spreadsheet in between.

From simple stock and price sync to B2B accounts generated automatically, with per customer discount rules.

WHAT WE SYNC

Your ERP already has the data. Your store just needs to use it.

We don't build an isolated store that you then connect to the ERP by hand. Sync is part of the architecture, from day one.

Real time stock sync

Physical stock from the ERP is reflected instantly in the store, so you stop selling products that no longer exist in your warehouse.

Synced prices and price lists

Prices update automatically from the ERP, including when you have several active price lists at the same time.

Two way order sync

Orders placed in the store reach the ERP automatically, with no manual re-entry, and their status flows back into the customer's account.

B2B accounts generated from the ERP

When you add a new customer in the ERP, their store account appears automatically, with billing details already filled in.

Automatic invoicing through Oblio

On every completed order, the invoice is issued automatically in Oblio, without anyone passing it through accounting by hand.

Per customer price and discount rules

Every customer sees their own price, calculated by the rules already in the ERP: customer group, order quantity, negotiated contract.

Physical stock availability, multi warehouse

If you have several warehouses, the store shows the correct availability per location, not a misleading aggregate total.

SoftOne, Nexus, Oracle or another ERP

We connect through API or web services to whatever ERP you already use, without forcing you to switch systems.

Order history and payment terms, visible

A B2B customer sees their order history, invoices and payment terms from their account, pulled directly from the ERP.

Alerts on sync mismatches

If a difference shows up between the store and the ERP, in stock, price or a stuck order, you get an alert before it becomes a problem for the customer.

Initial catalog import from the ERP

At launch, we import products, categories and attributes directly from the ERP, so the store starts already populated correctly.

Stable sync, no overlapping runs

Every sync run keeps an error log, so a network hiccup or a dropped API call doesn't corrupt the data in either system.

HOW WE BUILD

What an ERP integration built by us includes.

We don't ship a CSV export run manually once a day. We build an automated, monitored flow that runs on its own.

01
STOCK & PRICE

Stock and price, always up to date.

The store reads directly from the ERP, not from a export made yesterday. The difference shows up in every order that no longer has to be cancelled for lack of stock.

Stock sync on a short interval or in real time, depending on the ERP
Prices and discounts updated automatically, with no manual work
Support for several warehouses and price lists at once
02
ORDERS & INVOICING

The order reaches the ERP with no copy paste.

From checkout to invoice, the flow is automated end to end, with nobody on the team re-entering data by hand.

Orders placed in the store are sent to the ERP automatically
Invoice issued automatically in Oblio, on every completed order
Delivery status synced back into the customer's account
03
B2B ACCOUNTS & PRICE RULES

Every customer sees their own price.

The B2B customer account is created automatically from the ERP, with their pricing rules already applied, so you don't configure each customer by hand in the store.

Customer account generated automatically once it appears in the ERP
Prices and discounts per customer or customer group
Order history and invoices visible directly in the account
04
MONITORING & RECONCILIATION

You see right away when something doesn't line up.

A sync log shows exactly what ran and where an error happened, so problems are visible before they reach the customer.

Sync log with the history of every run
Automatic alerts on stock or price mismatches
Manual sync run, any time you need it
INTEGRATIONS

Your ERP, at the center of the store.

The store reads and writes directly into the ERP. Everything else, invoicing, couriers, monitoring, connects around this sync.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions we get asked a lot.

We work most often with SoftOne, but we also connect to Nexus, Oracle or any other ERP that exposes an API or web services. If your ERP doesn't have a standard API, we look at what other connection options exist.

It depends on what the ERP allows and how much data needs to be synced. Stock and price can run on a short interval, every few minutes, or in real time through a webhook, if the ERP supports it.

The sync system keeps a log and sends an automatic alert on any mismatch, so you can step in before a customer orders a product that's actually out of stock.

Yes. When you add a new customer in the ERP, their store account is created automatically, with billing details and pricing rules already applied.

Yes, through Oblio. On every completed order, the invoice is issued automatically and shows up both in the customer's account and in the ERP.

For a standard sync of stock, price and orders, usually 3 to 6 weeks. For complex per customer pricing rules or multi warehouse setups, it takes longer. We give you an exact estimate after we see your ERP.

We rebuild the connector for the new ERP. The store's structure stays the same, only the integration adapts to the new system.

Yes. If your stock is split across multiple warehouses, the store can show the correct availability per location or as an aggregate, depending on how you sell.
